What I’d improve next time

• Lock evidence standards earlier (what counts as “confirmed”)
• Reduce churn by tightening change-control thresholds
• Strengthen readiness definitions for commissioning and handover

A schedule can be correct in isolation and still be wrong in context. The IMS is how you protect committed delivery dates from hidden drift.
