I enjoy the “invisible” parts of delivery: stakeholder expectations, clean reporting, crisp follow-ups, and making sure the right conversations happen at the right time.
Outside formal programme work, I’ve built my voice through Toastmasters and through years of teaching and community leadership. Those experiences shaped how I facilitate, how I handle high-pressure discussions, and how I communicate with calm confidence — especially when situations are ambiguous.
